Imperial Paper Supply was established in 1980.

Our paper specialist was hired in 2000, to try to increase sales in our paper / non-food department and develop supplier partnerships that could further enhance Bedell's Foodservice as a full-line distribution company. With ADAPT connections, we are now able to purchase most paper / chemical product lines direct, therefore passing on lower costs to our customers.

Docking facilities at the 3 branches, allows for full trailer loads to be ordered, received and shuttled where ever the product are required.

Our paper specialist works with reps in the 3 branches to provide back-up support and tries to impart product knowledge. He works as a liaison between the supplier reps and the sales force in following-up on leads.

We have set up a dispenser program to allow the customer to purchase their washroom products, thereby eliminating the need to have a "paper house" as an additional supplier.

We try to find solutions to customers needs by initiating customer quotations and supplier contracts.

Paper suppliers now attend and support our sale meetings and customer information shows.

We now offer printed products, e.g. poly / paper bags, napkins, hot and cold paper and plastic glasses.
